EU 14-Day Withdrawal Request

This form is intended for EU consumers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal.

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Please note:

  • The right of withdrawal may only be exercised after the goods have been delivered. Refusing delivery or failing to collect a parcel does not automatically constitute withdrawal from the contract.
  • After submitting this request, please return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
  • Please ensure that the strings are packed securely to prevent damage during transport.
  • Returns may be sent by regular postal service or courier. However, we strongly recommend using a tracked or registered shipping service. If a return parcel is lost in transit and cannot be traced, we may be unable to process the refund.
  • The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
